Wisdom teeth are considered your third molars. They are located at the back end of your jawbone inside your mouth.
Orthognathic jaw surgery is required when the mandible (lower) and maxilla (upper) jaw and teeth do not properly align with each other, and traditional methods of orthodontics will not resolve the issue.
Dental implants replace either rotted teeth or missing teeth with a titanium root the jaw bone bonds with and a fake crown.
Bone grafting is often required when bone quality and quantity is poor for dental implants on their own.
Tooth extraction is exactly as it sounds, the removal of decaying, old, cavity stricken, or simply bad teeth.
Oral pathology is a monthly examination (recommended) to take preventative measures against oral cancer.
An impacted canine simply means a tooth that is unable to properly emerge from the jaw and thus does not proper functionally. Wisdom teeth are often impacted.
Facial trauma surgery is to help repair damaged facial tissue. We recognize facial trauma causes distress emotionally and physically for our patients thus we take the utmost care in these procedures.

I have known Dr. David Collette for some time and I was pleasantly pleased with my experience before and after surgery. Before surgery, wisdom teeth (all four), I was provided with detailed descriptions regarding what to expect, what was required, and items I needed to avoid before surgery. My surgery was performed with excellence and didn’t take long. After surgery I was provided with information to make sure I didn’t do anything that would cause extended healing. I was given prescribed medication; fortunately, I did not experience the pain normally associated with oral surgeries. I would recommend Dr. David Collette to all my friends and family.
